1. The staff was helpful on check-in, but nobody around to assist with luggage, but the elevators were a nice surprise, so we didn't have the problems we expected.

4. A little surprised there was no air conditioning but it wasn`t a problem (big ceiling fan and small fan in the room worked fine).

6. Note to those with leg/mobility problems: The hotel does have a properly working elevator even though it only has 3 floors.
