1. My only complaint is that our room (street adjacent) wasn't especially quiet (but that's what ear plugs are for).

2. Our only complaints were that a sink leaked (which they fixed our first day there), the road noise from being located right on Rosecrans was a bit loud (but easily covered up with the sound of the fan), and that the room smelled a bit like the pool outside.
