5. Overall pleased but several problems: phoned desk and got no reply; "do not disturb" sign, pen, and coffee maker's carafe were missing; toilet ran; coffee maker cord didn't reach the electric outlet; fridge was noisy, climate control was noisy and hard to adjust for comfort.
