1. Internal noise from other rooms was a major issue as walls and floors are paper thin, and they clearly haven't heard of soft closing doors.

7. Desk staff continually helped answer questions every time, shuttle came to Sante Fe Depot to pick us up five minutes after we called for advice on how to get there, and contrary to other reviews room/highway noise did not seem to be an issue.
