1. Little freebies like that really make me happy :) The only downside to the place is that if you are expecting a quiet night's rest, you probably won't get it.

2. Minimal downside might be the 6$ extra for parking per day, but this is announced, nad is fully acceptable given the overall very competitive price that we got for the hotel through expedia.
