The hotel has a restaurant and a snack bar as well as a

pantry where you can purchase food/beverages if you need them inbetween restaurant hours.

The first room that we were given, which we were told by the front desk was a water front room, had a
tiny
balcony (maybe 18 inches wide) and it overlooked a terra cotta roof on the second floor -- no water view.
