4. There was no notice, nothing and when I asked for a general manager to discuss, I was greeted by a rude loss prevention person (Adam George) and a third rate bar assistant manager (Andrew Scott) who treated me like a criminal as opposed to a frequent guest of a Marriott Hotel.

7. Upon checking in there was a rude employee, she gave us the wrong room and wasted about 45 min of our time, but other than that it was a great experience.
