1. The wooden stairs between floors of the three-level motel/hotel are worn and deteriorating and I believe dangerous.

2. Hotel staff was friendly but unprofessional; the room took 5 hours to cool off to a comfortable temperature and the room did'nt feel clean, lamp shades were worn and the kitchen was missing utensils and much more.
