1. I do not appreciated getting blamed for damage that was already apparent when i got there I have a very tiny dog (teacup chiweenie) there is no way she could have done any pulling up of carpet this carpet was already loose and the staff tried to blame me because I had an animal.

2. They moved me upstairs and although it was a tiny bit better, it still took a good 24 hours before the heater worked properly (turning off and on like it should).
