1. Don't get me wrong, the sheets were obviously clean, but the housekeeper should wear a hairnet if her/his hair comes out easily (it was just a little gross).

2. I had my doubts because of some of the reviews but now I think the negative reviews are from folks who just always find things wrong with everything.
