1. Hotel smelled of smoke everywhere, the breakfast was skimpy and cold and when the staff was asked to do something about it, they were rude and unresponsive.

3. My room smelled of smoke, the bathrooms were moldy and not very clean, the Internet cable was missing and overall the management was apathetic when I shared my concerns.
