2. Within about 20-30 our being in this room my boy`s socks were black from the dirt on the floor - and this is the Hyatt???? I just spoke to the assistant manager of this hotel (regarding some additional charges that were charged to our credit card 48 days after we checked out with a $0 balance receipt) and must say that his attitude was less than I would have expected - very curt and dismissive of my comments regarding the condition of our rooms - he simply stated that he hadn`t been notified.
