4. Only problem we experienced was when someone slammed their room door when exiting, it shook our door, awakening us.

6. The only real problem was when we arrived the front desk had only 1 employee & she was extremely busy with a customer & the phone & we had to wait about 5 minutes after having driven 4 hours, but she was exceedingly nice & did apologize.
