1. The only downside to this hotel we found was that everytime we left the hotel and tried to walk anywhere (even to our car in the hotel car park) we were approached by beggars or homeless asking for money.

2. Only downside was the liquor store <1 block away - a benefit anytime except for Saturday night when it turned into a pretty hoppin' place.
