3. The only bad part is that you can't garauntee any type of rate on the rooms within $40.

4. Other than that, the place was nice, clean and beds were great, Too bad the 4 or 5 star experience was marred by the grumpy staff with a bad attitude.

10. bad experience - Although it was a nicely turned out property and clean enough with good amenities, I still give it the lowest rating I can because staff let us down at every turn and spoiled the stay.
