1. The only downside is the location (close to downtown which is nice but not in the best area of the city) and the staff wasn't extremely attentive (waited over 45 minutes to checkout).

2. Why though, could you not just walk up and toast your own bagel or bread instead of waiting in line? Only downside to our stay.
