1. We had stayed in a different hotel in San Francisco that was horrible and the beds there were horrible so it was wonderful to sleep in such a comfortable bed with comfortable pillows.

3. Not sure why a Homewood in Salt Lake City, of all places, thinks they need this kind of extreme measure to stop the horrible "party" people, but they've gone too far.
