My room had outdated decor, some
dirty
areas in the bathroom and heater just inches from the bed that blows strong and loud continuously.

Housekeeping has some issues to deal with as there were light bulbs missing in a lamp so the room was dark, the face cloths were
dirty
and spotted with brown (they were supposed to be white).

As a side note, if you stay here with kids be careful of the pool - and I don't mean the

ness.

The bathroom was
dirty
, the toilet seat kept sliding every which way which made it difficult to use, the shower curtain had mold on it, the bathtub did not want to drain at all the whole time we were there and there was hair in the tub.

I don't know if the sheets were just
dirty
from not being changed by housekeepers or if they were just stained.

Anyone who has a problem with a musty or
dirty
room probably is not going down to the front desk and calmly and respectfully asking for help from the helpful employees.
