1. No one from guest relations on property contacted me the entire time I was there regarding my problem even after I called my gold passport number and filed a complaint.

2. I will say that this is a franchised property and I have found that within the ICH property group the only time I have complaints is with a franchised property.

4. Room was more than acceptable - clean, very comfortable bed, no complaints at all.

5. My only other complaints are that the TV remote did not work properly (when you pressed the volume button, it would change channels instead, etc.
