4. There was a situation with the A/C in the room not working when the clerk made no effort to resolve my complaint other than suggesting we slept with the windows open which was completely unacceptable.

6. One of my complaints is that the rooms are not particularly clean and one must go to the office for new towels (half the time they didn`t have what I needed, especially wash cloths and dish towels).
