2. The front desk is consistently rude, difficult to deal with in terms of solving problems and even when the issue is resolved and it is apparent to all parties the hotel is in the wrong.

6. Seems like they have an issue with the elevators, one of them was not working (however I was on the first floor so that didn`t affect me); a friend of mine mentioned that one of the elevators didn`t work when he stayed there before.
