2. The second was the Holiday Inn Express on New Bern--clean rooms, but the woman who checked us in exceeded rude and nasty (everyone else seemed pleasant), the area was a bit seedy, and the 'famous' HIExpress 'hot' breakfast during the week was Jimmy Dean Sausage Biscuits and a microwave--as well as the wonderful HI Express cinnamon rolls.

9. No help from Holiday Inn on resolving this, plus their Guest Services types are very rude and condescending.
