3. When I was sent an electronic survey I filled it out to that effect and to the effect that at midnight I was asked to come back down stairs because on top of her being rude she forgot to have me sign somthing.

5. The staff was rude, and preferred talking on the phone with personal phone calls and having you wait at the desk as opposed to serving their customers.
