7. The desk clerks even said that he should have fixed our problems if the dog was in a crate or securely held.

9. The next morning I went to the front desk and told them about the mildew problem - they apologized profusely, but there were no other available rooms - they advised that someone would be in to scrub the mildew down - okay, for a temporary solution, and I figured I was only there one more night.

10. Apparently, there had been some water damage from the bathroom above and as a result they have a large mildew problem - it was probably the worst I had ever seen in a hotel.
