5. what? is this 2011? And it's not corrected yet? Not till November?? They should put on their website and tell all travel agents about this problem.

6. I learned from the front desk that this has been a problem for a while and it will not be in November till it's fixxed.

Someone commented in a previous post about the maid staff - as someone that travels frequently - I've never had a problem here, although I don't leave stuff out for the taking but I have left my laptop out and such when they have come in to refresh the room during a two night stay - it was still here.

10. only problem was that we were charged twice for the room (once by Expedia and once by the hotel itself) and had to call several times before they refunded their charge.
