1. We drove to Raleigh from SC to bring a disabled shelter puppy to the University veterinary medical center for a diagnosis, which turned out to be a frustrating, heart rending process, and that doesn't even include the getting lost many times on the insane highways.

2. They couldn't seem to keep food coming out fast enough to stock the Breakfast Bar,and that was very frustrating to us and others who had long trips ahead of us.
