1. One negative about the whole Courtyard chain is that while many of their competitors offer the convenience of complimentary breakfasts and sometimes even free evening food, Courtyard charges for it.

4. Two negatives-my room faced US 1 and the downshifting of the 18 wheelers approaching a nearby stoplight was clearly heard in the room so beware if you are super sensitive, although it didn`t distrub my sleep.
