1. the inside was very dull and looked like it was a fixer upper the bath room was terrible there was clearly a case of water damage and water stains on the floor the staff to me weren't friendly and breakfast was very poor.

2. The poor management reflects in the employees who did their best to be helpful and kind yet lacked the resources due to a cheap, flustered, too busy with the maintenance to give quality customer service, not friendly AT ALL owner who needs to find another line of work that doesn't involve customer service.
