1. The lady at the desk was grossed out and called the manager and they just told us to switch rooms and leave everything in our old room.

2. The reception did not know anything about the shuttle to the airport, the rooms are gross, you can hear every little sound outside the room and every footstep from the room above, and it is 10:00pm and some one is vacuuming the hallway.
