3. *The hotel staff was polite and professional *The hotel is located in a seedy part of Portland *Cleanliness was an issue for my room and the hotel in general *There was a lot of noise to tolerate even into the late hours of the evening *Had an issue with cigarette smoke inside of the "non-smoking" building.

They were noising from morning till early afternoonTHE UGLY: I GOT TO THE ROOM WHICH WAS NOT A BAD ROOM & OPENED THE CURTAINS TO LET THE RARE SUNNY DAY IN AND MY VIEW WAS THE FRONTYARD OF A VERY MESSY FRONT YARD WITH GARBAGE & JUNK & A DOG THAT WAS OUT THAT BARKED OCCASIONALLY AND A BUSY STREET WHICH WAS NOT NOISY AT NIGHT BUT NOISY DURING THE DAY & THE LOCAL BUS STOP FOR ALL THE STUDENTS.
