1. The neighborhood was sketchy, at best, and there were lots of loud people walking the street at all hours due to the many bars and clubs within a one block radius of this hotel.

We could deal with the crappy, leaking shower stall (no tub), we could deal with the fact that in the middle of the summer, their pool was covered and not accessible, we could even deal with all of the loud traffic passing by every few minutes on Burnside but the fact that I had to go over and personally get the people in the rooms around us to shut up is beyond ridiculous.

7. First off, when we got there, there was a full blown party/get together next door with people constantly going in and out of the room (door slamming, loud talking, yelling, banging) that occasionally spilled out into the hallway.
