1. That was extremely inconvenient and a poor show of hospitality on the part of Ramada, having us heft 5 children (baby included) and all our gear into 3 sets of rooms.

2. I have absolutely no reason or desire to steal pillows from a Ramada Inn, and have never, ever experienced this level of incompetence or such a poor atitude from a hotel manager.

Pros: Relatively large rooms, cheap prices, free coffee and juice in the mornings, decent pool and workout roomCons: Seriously dated property, lack of elevators, mediocre customer service (at best), no room service, lack of vending machines, poor location relative to activities and dining choicesUpon entering the Ramada Portland Airport, you feel fairly confident that this property could pleasantly surprise you given the cheap prices paid.
