3. Complained the next morning and it was going to be easier to move us on our last night of stay to a different room then to actually deal with the problem of the person who is smoking in a NON SMOKING hotel.

5. Found bed bugs in my room and am still dealing with the problem.

6. On my first stay, I did not have any problem, but this last visit, I also was not able to take a hot or even warm shower in the morning.

7. Water for shower got lukewarm at best- very important to me I would never stay there again knowing there was this problem.

8. The entrance next to the room was a problem-the drunks across the hall from us decided to use the stairs as thier smoking area (and they apparently had to smoke often) so everytime they went in and out the door,the door banged so hard it shook our bed.
