5. The hotel makes all guests sign a no-smoking policy, but our hallway smelled of fresh cigarette smoke for 12+ hours one day and seemingly nothing was done by the staff even after we complained multiple times.

6. Beautiful, luxurious accommodations including the tranquil, zen like spa area, the comfortable beds are to die for, continental breakfast: cereal, juice, coffee, yogurt, fruit which was just ok but for free, I'm not complaining.
