2. Upon arrival, hotel is clean, mostly updated and fresh (in the middle of some minor renovations) lobby, easy check-in, friendly staff that we minimally encountered, but being in the city, you hear trains, cars, horns, etc and parking was $15/night in a tiny underground lot, but being that we 'won' this hotel for $35/nt on Priceline, it was acceptable.
