1. Our room was not made up on Saturday & when I inquired about it was told by the (different) Front Desk Staff that 'if you have your Do Not disturb sign on your door at any time, sometimes the staff forget to check if your room was cleaned.

2. The housekeeping service was good in that they heeded the 'do not disturb' sign on the doorknob even on the day we stayed in the room all day long.

3. The room`s climate control system was a little noisy; I learned to make sure the fan was set to be on all the time so there was no disturbance from it turning on and off.
