1. The hotel was only half full at the beginning of the week, either people don't care about slamming doors or the design of the doors are poor maybe heavy sounding, The first few days were tolerable, all rooms are in an indoor hallway corridor.

5. Between the two rooms, I could not help but notice burn holes in the curtains and comforters, stains on the carpet and walls, a broken dial on the thermostat, the pervasive odor of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room, garbage laying around the parking lot, and a poor seal on the doorway which really seemed to amplify the sound of the tram going by.

10. A complimentary breakfast was available but the choice was very poor and no one appeared to be looking after the tiny breakfast room meaning that when things ran out they were not refilled.
