1. There was a nice garden area in front that was visible from the lobby and front walkway, but it just had dirt and weeds and no attempt to plant anything.

2. WE have an 2 year old that is potty trained and I set her on the potty and there was a ring in the toilet and dust and dirt on the floor and the toilet was not clean.
