3. when we questioned the front desk they replied that it was not their responsibility, again, after several cuss words they had a maid come to clean the room-The whole towel issue was due to a fabric shower curtain that allowed all the water from the shower to flood the floor, thus requiring the need for every towel to sop up all the water every day.

4. The check-in host was dressed as a maintenance man (which I assume he was), the toilet seat would not stay up (not an issue for women) because the fixture was installed too close to a ledge/lip that could not be moved, and I found a hair in my sink first thing.

5. The only issue was; when you check in be sure to bring your license plate # with you as you do have to put a parking permit in the window of your vehicle (understandably so).
