1. They didn't have any openings, but I was offered a large can of bug spray (they had several so I guess this is an ongoing problem) for me to kill the pests myself.

4. I explained that I had paid for my room in advance, what do you mean I don`t have a room? Seems that they were 'overbooked?' How do you over book x hotel rooms? Oh, and I wasn`t alone--there was another gentleman in the lobby with the same problem.
