1. The room didn`t have a coffee maker or fridge (other than the over-priced mini bar) and my wife complained about the length of the cord on the hair dryer (but she had fortunately brought her own in anticipation).

4. We complained and received a new room, which was bigger and did have the newer bed with down comforter (the other one had the old floral pattern bed spread).
