4. The staff the next morning were very indifferent, not much in the way of aoplogy or anything when reporting the AC issues - just 'sorry, we'll have maintenance take a look at that'.

5. The only issue we had is there is nothing around but a Ruby Tuesday which is tasty but crazy busy as there are a bunch of hotels but no were to eat.
