1. It's a shame, I used to stay there a lot: the hotel is lovely, the staff helpful, the location convenient--but you can't sleep there anymore until that nightclub is closed down.

3. ) it's a shame because the open sunlit breakfast area could really set this apart from other hotels if it was given better attention.
