2. I didn't ask for a refund, I just wanted them to know about the issues so noone else would get booked in there until issues were resolved, but they refunded $114 of my $221, which I appreciate.

3. The other person at the desk when I reported the bed bug issue just sat there, didn't look up or anything, acted very unconcerned and kept his eyes on the computer he was looking at.

4. Although the location is close to Universal the bed bugs issue as well as the smell and the quality of the rooms and just the hotel in general are deplorable.

5. Warning do not stay here the rooms are so terrible and smell so bad, plus they take your credit card information and then bill you for not even staying there, and you have to go through the issues of getting it stopped etc.
