1. unfortunately, the remote would not turn on the tv, but an employee brought us new batteries, which solved the problem.

5. unfortunately, when you book through hotwire, you can't specify the type of room configuration you want and we were on our honeymoon, but we were provided with 2 double beds which was fine for us.
