1. Their quiet rooms are on the 12th floor, but still super loud.

2. It was a little loud by the expressway during the morning commute, however the fan from the A/C more than covered it up and was by no means a deal breaker.

3. Just note - bring your ear plugs the train is a bit loud all night long on one side of the building - but from what I understand in about 10-12 months this will no longer be an issue since they are changing the train service.
