7. I don't know if it is a lack of training, or if the people at the concierge desk really don't know, but they need to be informed, since part of their job is to order park tickets for their guests.

8. Pop Century lacks a 'sit down' restaurant, and has one giant cafeteria style mess hall, the food itself is nothing to write home about however the baked goods are always fresh and always well stocked.
