1. Compared to what others have written here, I really haven't noticed the employees being rude or unfriendly.

2. My only complaint would be the bell service/valet guys upon arrival; they can be a bit rude about getting you in and out of their way if they are busy; we had driven for 12 hours and could go no faster as we were tired.

4. ) When we were done with our food, I was finally able to get the waitress to take my drink order and I apologized for being rude and bringing in food from the restaurant, but explained that is what the restaurant told us to do.

6. Although Marriott customer service via phone is horrible (agents are incredibly rude), I was pleasantly surprised to see how nice the staff was at this resort.

7. In fact, I found several of the staff to be abrupt and rude and my mother did feel at one point that she would have to complain about the way my father was treated by the hostess at the breakfast buffet.

9. We did hear from multiple people who worked there that theft and robbery is a common problem at this location, and that is why the managers and staff have become accustom to acting so rudely.
