5. Lobby, store, pizza hut, the jacuzzi tub ( my son lived in it), the room was big, it was out dated, really needed alot of upgrades, like paint, the couch had stains on the cushions, it was clean but dirty too, the bathroom floor had stains that I was not sure what they were.

Regarding our missing lugage, I specific instructed the frontdesk, and they wrote it down, that when our bags should arive, I needed to get a receipt from the dilvery company (frontdesk told me, that they always get that) with date and time on for my insurance claim, the suitcases arrived, did I get a receipt? Nope, unprofesional if you ask me.
