1. I am happy to say that the hot water was not an issue at all, we never had an issue with hot water during our stay and the pressure and temperature in our rooms were great.

5. Pay parking is right behind the hotel so if you can't get a space it's not a major issue.

6. This is a huge convenience since there was no parking issues (and cost) to worry about if you are traveling to that part of the Quarter.
